At CarPartClubs, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) on working days are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing times may occasionally be extended during busy periods, promotional events, or supplier delays.


United Kingdom Delivery

We offer FREE UK shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service.

Estimated delivery time for UK mainland orders is typically next working day after dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary depending on courier conditions.

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.


International Delivery

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International destinations: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.


Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier rates

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Supply chain issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We strongly recommend customers do not arrange vehicle repairs, mechanic appointments, or installations until goods have been physically received and inspected.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel

  • An incorrect address was provided

  • The parcel is not collected from the courier

the shipment may be returned to us.

Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and item

  • A description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
