Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 2 – Products & Vehicle Compatibility

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and compatibility information are accurate. However, due to manufacturer updates, vehicle production variations, and the complexity of automotive parts, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility in every case.

Customers are responsible for ensuring parts are suitable for their vehicle before installation.

Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and device display.

Manufacturers may occasionally alter product design or specifications without notice.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Amend product information without notice

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Section 4 – Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude:

  • Delivery charges

Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

We strongly recommend customers do not book mechanics, garages, or fitment specialists until goods have been physically received.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us. Any additional delivery charges incurred will be payable by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to the customer once goods are handed to the delivery carrier.

Section 6 – Returns & Refunds

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are correct and suitable.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in pristine condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items returned outside the 30-day period may only be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a handling/restocking charge of up to 30%.

For logistical and insurance reasons, we cannot accept hand-delivered returns.

Section 7 – Warranty Claims

Any warranty offered applies only to manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Vehicle-related faults

  • External causes beyond manufacturer control

All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval before any refund or replacement is issued.

We are not liable for labour costs, fitting charges, vehicle downtime, or any consequential losses unless specifically covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the goods supplied.
